Water Sky Getaways Rental Rates and Ts&Cs

Ts&Cs apply to all bookings at all WSG accommodation. The person who books and pays for the holiday home visit automatically enters into a contract with WSG Ltd. and is thus liable for breach of any terms.


Water Sky Getaways (WSG) Ltd. Terms and Conditions

General
This is a legally binding contract between the property owner Water Sky Getaways Ltd. The property owner is also referred to as "we" and "us".
The holidaymaker, “you” is the person who signs the booking form or makes the online payment. You are responsible for ensuring all members of the holiday party accept and adhere to these as well as Holiday Park terms and conditions.

Bookings
A non-refundable booking deposit of £50 is payable within a specified period (agreed between you and us) of the provisional booking being taken. The booking is officially confirmed once the deposit is received. Until the booking is confirmed, it can be cancelled. 
The balance due is payable six weeks prior to arrival. Failure to pay may constitute a cancellation of the holiday. Please note the due dates of payments as reminders are not issued. Bookings made less than 6 weeks prior to the arrival date must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations 
Cancellations should be made in writing to us. Cancellations made 6 weeks or more prior to the holiday commencing will receive a full refund less the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations after this time- we will attempt to re-let the property, and if successful, a discretionary payment may be made, less the non-refundable deposit. 
Cancellation by the Property Owner
In the unlikely event the property becomes not available and the property owner has to cancel the booking, the property owner will endeavour to find the holidaymaker suitable alternative accommodation. If suitable alternative accommodation cannot be found, the holidaymaker shall be entitled to a full refund. The property owner shall only be liable to return the monies received. No compensation or consequential losses shall be paid.

Covid
You can book a holiday with us and be able to move your booking for any of the reasons that we have detailed below relating to the coronavirus outbreak. If you are not in a position to choose another date, then your money will be held until you are ready to re-book.  In the event of any of the following, you will be eligible to transfer your holiday to another date or have your money held as credit towards a future holiday. 
1. The holiday park is closed for coronavirus related reasons.
2. The UK government implements mandatory restrictions on travel, relating to coronavirus.

3. You are unable to take your holiday due to medical reasons related to coronavirus (proof will be required).

Smoking
All Water Sky Getaways Ltd. holiday homes are strictly NO Smoking NO parties NO stag/hen do or other event-related properties. Adherence to this is in line with holiday Park rules and regulations. The holidaymaker shall be liable for all damage caused by Smoking, and any extra charge incurred by smoke or ash related cleaning.

Property
The property owner reserves the right to enter the property, at a reasonable time, in the event of an emergency or remedial repair work being required.
The property owner is entitled to ask the holidaymaker to leave the property without any refund if, in the property owner's opinion, the behaviour of the holidaymaker and/or his/her party is unacceptable.
The property owner reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone, who in the property owner's opinion is not suitable to or capable of taking charge of the property.
The property owner reserves the right to ask the holidaymaker and their party to leave the property, without refund, should the behaviour of the holidaymaker and/or their party be considered by the property owner to be unreasonable.
Whilst every care is taken to provide a true and accurate description of the property, over time, alterations are made and some things do change. The holidaymaker accepts that no refunds are available for such discrepancies.

Number of Guests
The maximum number of people entitled to stay ranges between 4 - 6 depending on unit. More people than agreed by you/us will be considered a breach of contract. Sub-letting or assignation of the let is prohibited.

Pets
Pets are allowed as and when agreed by you/us in certain units.
Pets must not be left unaccompanied in the property at any time, unless crated. If you allow your pet on to the sofa or bed you must provide your own throws.  The holidaymaker shall be liable for all damage caused by his/her pet or any pet belonging to the holidaymaker's party. A charge will be made for any additional cleaning required. We cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury to a pet during their stay.

Arrival and Departure Time
Every effort will be made to have the property available from 4pm on the day of arrival. The property must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Late departure will result in an additional charge being made. Information about keys and how to collect them will be provided one day prior to arrival, once full payment has been received.

Liability
The property owner takes no responsibility for the personal possessions of the holidaymaker or the holidaymaker's party. Vehicles and possessions are left entirely at the risk of the holidaymaker.
Children and dogs must be supervised at all times; dogs must be crated if left unattended.

Cleaning
We kindly ask that you treat the property as you would your own home and at the end of the holiday the property is left in a clean and tidy condition. The property owner retains the right to make an additional charge for cleaning should the property not be left in a similar condition to the way it was found at the start of the holiday, or if extra cleaning charges are incurred as a result of smoking, vaping or ash.

Breakages and Damages 
Please make every effort to keep the property, fixtures and fittings and all contents in the same state of repair and condition as at the start of the holiday. Any accidental damage or breakages should be reported to the property owner (or their representative) prior to departure. The property owner retains the right to make an additional charge for damage and breakages although it should be noted that minor breakages and reasonable wear and tear (in the opinion of the property owner) will not be charged for. You will also be liable for loss of earnings to the owner should the next guests have to be cancelled due to damage caused during your stay.

Accessibility 
If you reserve one of our accessible units, we have made every attempt to provide for the needs of wheelchair users, but cannot provide for specific individual needs, such as bed rails, commode, specialised chairs and aides or profile beds, etc. A hoist in the main bedroom and a wetroom with standard chair and railings is provided, but the owner cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting in equipment from a previous renter. We would expect the wetroom to be left in the condition and cleanliness in which it was found. Any issues regarding equipment should be raised with the owner as soon as discovered.
